CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA DIP MA)

Overview

On successful completion of the programme, students gain the CIMA qualification in Management Accounting and are awarded with CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting in English. CIMA qualified specialists can use CIMA Dip MA, the CIMA approved part-qualified designatory letters, for official documents and on their business cards.

The CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (Dip MA) is a qualification in it's own right and also forms a formal entry route into the CIMA Professional Qualification. Once students successfully complete both qualifications and qualify for membership, they will be awarded the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.

Admission Requirements:

A South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a good understanding of English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
OR
Adequate working experience.

OR

CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting

If you hold a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, you can take the accelerated Master’s Gateway route to the CIMA Professional Qualification.
